Mini Controllers

Traditionally, process monitoring has required considerable investment in system design, equipment, maintenance and training. With our mini controllers, we are able to offer a solution for industries that have to monitor a process economically. Hanna mini controllers are easy-to-use and allow accurate continuous monitoring and control pH, ORP (Oxidation Reduct whion Potential), TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), EC (Conductivity), resistivity and levels. These compact, in-line instruments are designed to consistently perform in most environments and conditions.

Medium Range

Our panel mounted range offers a more sophisticated instrument, which are ideal for process control monitoring in a wide range of industrial applications. These instruments have been designed for easy and fast installation, and are provided with membrane keypads on the front panel, large display and autodiagnostic functions

Sophisticated

It has become common practice to assign specially trained operators to the tasks of plant maintenance. If the operator is not present when an instrument does not perform properly and therefore sets off an alarm, the process may run or shut down improperly, causing costly damage to the product and/or equipment. Hanna has provided a solution  by designing process systems that can send alarm messages automatically to a mobile phone. As soon as the message is recieved, the specialist not only knows the source of the alarm but can also connect and interact with the instrument via remote PC connection to determine the cause, and therefore either correct the malfunction , or if neccessary, shut down the process.
