Colourimeters / Photometers
First things first, don't worry about these futuristic, space aged sounding names colourimeters and photometers...they're exactly the same thing! Essentially, these can be seen as a more accurate version of a chemical test kit.

The colour of every object we see is determined by a process of absorbtion and emission of the electromagnetic radiation (light) of its molecules. Colourimetric analysis is based on the principle that many substances react with eachother and form a colour which can indicate the concentration of the substance to be measured. We produce a range of products for a wide range of different uses, from wastewater analysis to measuring for metals such as iron, or nickel in a liquid. There are both bench meters and hand held devices, to ensure maximum flexibility in your analysis.
