The HI-9241P represents the very best in value for money in food temperature measurement. Supplied complete with a full size interchangeable stainless steel probe on a 1m cable, the HI-9241P is both compact and robust.
The thermometer case itself is waterproof and dirt proof, with a sealed On/Off switch and the LCD digital display protected by an ultrasonically welded clear window, even the battery compartment is sealed against water and dirt.
It can be used with any of the suitable Hanna food probes including ones for hot oil, between pack measurement, oven air temperatures and so on.
