When ordering off our internet shop, we ask for your payment details and process these with our secure payment partner; Worldpay.
We are then obligated to ship your order to you, and will aim to do so within a working day of receiving your internet order. If, we are out of stock of the item you have selected you will be notified by phone and/or email (if we can't reach you by phone), and given the option of waiting until stock is received, which is usually 7 days, or, an alternative product. You may, naturally, choose not to wait and request that we cancel the order and credit your account, which we will be happy to do, although in over 3 years of internet trading, no one has ever asked us to!
