
| Hanna Part No: HI-93732N-water The HI-93732N is a half way house between simple chemical test kits, and more sophisticated and expensive electronic meters and sensors. It measures the dissolved oxygen content of water by measuring the intensity of yellow which develops in water after a chemical reagent has been added.
This is how a chemical test kit works, but unlike a chemical test kit, the HI-93732N replaces the guesstimate of a human eye, with a highly sensitive and calibrated 'electronic eye'. Thus, readings can be taken and shown on the LCD display to a high degree of resolution and accuracy combined with repeatability on multiple samples. In order to use this meter, a set of chemical reagent (either 100 or 300 test packs) should be purchased from the accessories shown below.
