Some of our food customers need a thermometer with a very wide temperature range, the HI-935007 waterproof thermometer can measure up to +1350C, so is ideal for checking pizza ovens, hot oil baths and so on. If preferred, the thermometer can display temperatures in fahenheit instead of centigrade.

Supplied with a permanently connected stainless steel penetration probe connected via a 1m long curly cable, this thermometer offers value for money especially for a waterproof meter. An optional protective rubber holster can be fitted which is a popular accessory with operators of busy kitchens and chilled and frozen fleet operators.
