Boron in excess of 2mg/L in irrigation water is detrimental to plants, and this test kit has been specifically designed to measure in this critical range. Contains everything required to carry out 100 tests using the Boric acid chemical method.
Uses the titration technique which consists of counting the number of drops of titrant necessary to cause a colour change in the sample. The number of drops used are listed on the enclosed instructions and thus the reading converted into mg/L of the parameter being measured.
