Using the Nessler chemical method, this kit comprises of a colour wheel comparator complete with Ammonia colour wheel, galss measuring tubes and sufficient reagent to carry out 100 individual tests.
Colour wheel comparators offer a better accuracy than the more simple colorimetric test kits. The coloured disc is graduated and fits into the hand-held comparator, where it is used to compare against a colour that has developed in the water sample after the reagent has been added.
