The 2.5 litre HI-301N magnetic stirrer features two speed ranges for ultimate control. Similar to the selecting a high resolution lense on a microscope, this stirrer allows access to two separate stirring ranges. In each range the speed can be fine tuned for enhanced accuracy and repeatability.
Speedsafe is also incorporated which prevents the motor speeding up or slowing down if the sample is removed, or if the sample viscosity or volume changes. Speedsafe ensures the motor speed is maintained at a constant rate.
