This meter measures total hardness in three different scales:-

- 0 to 250mg/L - 200 to 500mg/L - 400 to 750mg/L

The hardness can be measured in mg/L (which is same as ppm) as well as in French, German and English degress of Hardness. The readings are displayed directly on the LCD display without the need to refer to conversion tables or diagrams for interpretation.
