Looking for Help
If you're not sure what you need for your application, then we can help in several ways. During UK working office hours you can always phone us or use our on-line Live Help - If you click on the Live Help button on the bottom left-hand side of your screen, a small pop-up window will open and you will be connected via the internet to one of the people in our helpful customer service team. You can then type your enquiry direct to them and in real time, they will type the reply. A lot of our customers find this really useful (and fun!). Outside office ours, simply email us your enquiry to sales@hannainst.co.uk and we will make sure we reply as soon as we are back at our desks - although we do sometimes reply at weekends too - depends how badly we are missing talking to our customers and if the weather is nice!
